Cancellation & Refund Policy


Thank you for booking your photography adventures, jungle safaris, and services with Greycreature. We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are processed and refunds are issued.

1. Tour & Safari Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking for an upcoming safari or photography tour, please submit a written cancellation request via email to info@greycreature.com. The date we receive your email will determine the cancellation fee applied.

  • 30 days or more before the event: 100% refund of the total booking fee (minus a 5% administrative and gateway processing charge).
  • 15 to 29 days before the event: 50% refund of the total booking fee.
  • Less than 15 days before the event: No refund or credit will be issued, as tour operations, vehicle bookings, and hotel reservations will have been finalized and paid for.

2. E-Shoppe and Gear Rentals

For camera gear, lenses, or extender rentals:

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled rental pickup/delivery time are eligible for a full refund (minus credit card processing fees).
  • Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the pickup/delivery time will be charged a 1-day rental cancellation fee.

3. Cancellations by Greycreature

In rare circumstances where Greycreature must cancel a photography tour, workshop, or safari (e.g. natural disasters, park closures, extreme weather conditions, national emergencies):

We will offer you the choice of a full (100%) refund or the option to reschedule/transfer your booking value to another upcoming trip of equivalent value. Greycreature is not responsible for any personal travel expenses (such as flight bookings, visa charges, etc.) incurred in preparation for the cancelled trip.

4. Refund Processing

Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
